Harrods Wine Brochure March 2007

Ethos Marketing arranged for The Blue Train, Garonga, Legacy and Mont Rochelle to partner with Harrods for a joint South Africa promotion in 2007. We were featured with an editorial, reader offer and prize in the wine brochure that was produced for SA Wines, which was circulated to Harrods' 5000 strong wine database. Ethos and Africa Collection, our tour operator partner, were able to network and further promote the brands at 2 exclusive Harrods Events - a wine tasting and a tutored wine evening.

Traveller Magazine Spring 2008

The Spring 2008 issue of Wexas' Traveller Magazine has a double page editorial on the Zulu Kingdom featuring a 9-day reader offer which we helped them put together.


Sunseeker Images Magazine Summer 2007

Chris Coplans writes about his adventures in East Africa in this ultra exclusive magazine following the press trip we arranged for him to Mozambique and East Africa. Images magazine goes to over 30,000 of the world’s most affluent people all of whom own luxury motor yachts, which cost between £130,000 and £10 million. It has a readership of over 120,000.

The Travel Channel May 2007

Ethos Marketing arranged for KwaZulu-Natal to be showcased on the popular Travel Channel during their month-long South Africa promotion in May 2007. We arranged a prize at Thula Thula and Fordoun in return for being featured on the television programme and also a full page feature in the DSTV Magazine in South Africa and on their website.


Harrods East Africa In-Store Promotion

Ethos Marketing arranged a major month-long in-store promotion with Harrods for their January 2008 Winter Sale which saw us create an East African window display, dedicated brochure and 25 plasma screens throughout the store for Serena hotels in partnership with Kenya Airways and Kuoni. We were also showcased in the store guide, the back of all till slips and on competition forms in store – as well as The Harrods magazine. Just under 100,000 people attend the 1st day of Harrods sale alone!

Triumph - Summer 2007

This coverage in Triumph Magazine for Serena Hotels and Rani Resorts was a result of our luxury marketing partnerships and a press trip we jointly hosted with Kenya Airways to Mozambique, Zanzibar and Kenya. The feature follows Chris Coplans’ journey Into Africa and includes a competition. Over 80,000 copies were printed in several languages and its clientele includes people such as Lord Linley and Tom Cruise.
