
In commemoration of the Battle of Tshaneni on the slopes of Ghost Mountain in June 1884, the Ghost Mountain Inn has invited renowned guide and historian, Ken Gillings to recount the events around the Zulu Civil War and specifically those relating to the Battle of Tshaneni between the two principal rivals, Prince Dinuzulu, the son of the deposed Zulu King Cetshwayo, and his Usuthu warriors, and Zibhebhu, head of the powerful Mandlakazi section of the Zulu nation.
